Apartment with one bedroom located about 200m from the beach of Manta Rota. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has a sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen equipped with all essential utensils, microwave, coffee machine and toaster, has washing machine. On the 3rd floor of a building with elevator. Apartment with large south-facing balcony with table and chairs for 4 people.

In accordance with Regulation no. 723/2018 published in the Diário da República no. 207/2018, Series II of 2018-10-26, a tourist tax of one (1) euro will be applied to guests aged over ten years, children between the ages of eleven and thirteen pay only 50% of the fee. It is paid per person and per night, up to seven (7) nights per stay.
