Here is a summary of your booking conditions along with some useful information about your stay.

The terms and conditions of Reservation are clarified without process of Reservation of your stay.
• Weekly reservations for high season.
• Minimum of three nights in medium and low season.
• Your accommodation is available from 4pm on the day of arrival untill 11am on the day of departure.
• A deposit of 30% is paid at the time of booking. The reservation is only valid after confirmation of the deposit. 
If the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the day of entry we refund 50% of the deposit amount. • A security deposit of € 200 will be paid at check-in time. The security deposit will be returned on departure date, after
inspection of the accommodation. If any damage has occurred, the refund cost will be deducted from the deposit.
If the cost of the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the customer will still be responsible for the excess. • As reservations can not be canceled, once made, we recommend that you check for proper holiday cancellation insurance. • When making a reservation, payment data will be provided. Payment is made to our bank account. All payments are in Euros. • If you are accompanied by someone with special needs, please contact us to discuss how to adjust our property before making a reservation. • Sorry, no pets allowed on our properties.
